Karim A. Muhammad (aka J. Roger Powe III) is the President and Executive Director of Sister Clara Muhammad CDC. With over 25 years of leadership in community development, strategic communications, and nonprofit management, he brings extensive expertise in organizational growth, fundraising, and cultivating partnerships to advance the CDC's mission of empowering underserved communities.

Since 2006, he relocated to 30 Wall Street in NYC and has been actively selling mostly Investment Properties in core markets throughout the USA.
Hassan is currently the treasurer of the SCM CDC.

Sherri Horsey Darden, BA, MS, has dedicated her work life to helping people. The owner and publisher of ScoopUSA Media, for seven years - providing news and information to communities throughout Philadelphia and tri-state area. She worked as a Human Resources Manager at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, as liaison to the Chief Defender for 3 years, and as a human resources rep for over 20 years. While at the Defender, she worked to advance the mission of providing criminal defense services to people who cannot afford legal representation. She also currently serves as the Chair of the National Congress of Black Woman and active board member for Gesu School.
